Player Profiles
For Presentation Day we traditionally produce a souvenir Newsletter with Player Profiles for each team. So its time to get started, if you are not sure how to go about it have a look in the Junior's section 2007 and 2008 Archives under Graded Teams or Roo Ball, there's plenty of examples there. Profiles can be emailed to sitemgr@thirroulfootball.com.au or posted to:

What a Great Day
"Aaron would you be interested in doing a training session with Tim Cahill ?" "OH YEAH !!!!!" On Thursday night Club Secretary Danielle came to our house and asked me if I wanted to do a training course with Tim Cahill. On Sunday Nelson Read and I went to Seymour Shaw Park.at Sutherland .When Tim arrived we asked him lots of questions like whets it like to play in the premier league and what's the worst injury he's had he went through a normal week which is game ,travel ,training game, travel ,training game 3 games a week .We then got to go up to him when he gave us our gift packs Dad took lots of photos. We then headed out onto the field where we shot at goal next we did a passing drill after that we played a game of shark and did some fakes and sliders for the last activity we played a game against the other teams. At the end we had a BBQ and that is when Tim Cahill was signing things I had my new ball and my Thirroul club shirt signed and some more photos it was the best day ever and a big thanks to Danielle for letting us go. - Aaron Dark
