Sponsorship Information

Thirroul Football has a range of sponsorship packages available all of which can provide exposure for your organisation on the field and in our web site. In 2008 the club had over 430 registered players from, under 6’s through to 18’s, as well as two senior women’s teams, the Thunderbirds and three senior men's teams, Thirroul Thunder. All of our teams play in a competition that ranges from Helensburgh in the north, down south to Kiama and west to the Highlands.
Sponsorship funds are allocated to various needs of the club including Team shirts, field maintenance, training equipment etc.
To all our players, coaches, managers, parents & friends we ask that you support our sponsors whenever possible. Let us help them in their continued growth and success. Please visit our sponsors pages on our site and visit their homepages as well.

Following is an overview of Sponsorship Packages presently available.

Thirroul Thunder Senior Men’s Sponsorship Packages.

As a club sponsor you will have access to a number of benefits dependant upon your sponsorship level. These include;

1. Exclusive rights as a club partner in your field of business.
2. Shirt sponsorship for teams of choice – Men’s First Grade, Reserve Grade or Youth Grade.
3. Your business name will also be proudly displayed on the Club Polo Shirts. All players and officials will wear these shirts on game days and at club functions.
4. Ground signage in prominent position at all our home games.
5. Match-day partner recognition for all home games, including announcement of company name and prewritten company promotion on match-day programmes.
6. Free advertising in game day programme.
7. Top profile display of your corporate logo on our Thirroul F.C. website. In addition we will provide banner advertisements on-line with up-to-date specials or promotions your company may be running.
8. Link to your company website from the Thirroul F.C. website.
9. Dedicated section of the Thirroul website for company promotional editorial.
10. Your company may choose to offer special discounts to Thirroul F.C. members to allow for tracking of return money spent.
11. Inclusion of promotional material or discount cards in member packs that will be distributed to all sporting and social club members at the beginning of the season.
12. Representatives from your company will be invited to attend home games and social functions.
13. We also wish to encourage open communication between our representatives and your company to ensure you receive the most beneficial exposure for your company from our partnership.
14. A dedicated client manager will be assigned to the partnership between Thirroul F.C. and your company.

Silver sponsorship packages are available for $2500.00

Bronze sponsorship packages are available for $1500.00.

Thirroul Junior Sponsorship Packages

Thirroul Junior Football teams in season 2008, had it’s best ever results in the Illawarra Junior Football Competition.  The club had 36 teams of which 12 were finalist, out of those twelve four were minor premiers.

Eight teams reached the grand finals with three being successful.

Whilst we were proud of their achievements at the finals, we were very proud of all our teams on the way they played the game and participated in the sport.

In season 2008, we set up an academy (Thunder A-League) for the talented boys to further their skills which was a huge success.

In 2009 we intend to set up a simular academy for the girls to progress to our woman’s teams or representative side’s. (Illawarra Stingrays).

To achieve these goals we seek your support in sponsorship arrangements for our junior teams and the club.

Monies raised will go towards replacing playing strips, new training equipment, ground and club improvements.

Sponsorship Packages are:

Team Shirt sponsor proudly displaying your company name logo on front is $350.00 for one year or $600.00 for two years.

Sleeve Shirt sponsor proudly displaying your company logo on sleeve is $200.00 for one year or $300.00 for two years.

Naming rights for Ground sponsorship is available by negotiation.

Ground, Newsletter and Web page advertising is available by negotiation.
