Senior Presentation Night
The club's Senior Presentation Night was held on Saturday 3 October
at
Thirroul Bowling Club - Station Street Thirroul

The evening opened with an address by the club President Lindsay Hodda followed by Glenn MacMillen representing our major sponsor Thirroul Bowling Club, who alos handed over the final sponsorship installment for 2009. |

Next, Maxine Matiuschenko, Ann Margeriosn and Joan Thompson were given special presntations for their assistance during the season in running the canteen and ground raffles. |
The club's future playing ranks were well represented on the night and the Under 18 Girls (2nd Div) received their season trophies on the night as most had been unable to attend the Junior's Presentation Day. Youth Grade had a great year as successful semi-finalists. This year's award winners were: Player's Player - Daniel Arthur; Coach's Award - Callan Tanner; Leading Goal Scorer - Nathan Wolfers

Women's Third Division award winners were: Coach's Award - Holly Charlesworth; Player's Player - Leah Henderson; Leading Goalscorer - Jennifer Beattie. Unfortunately, only Leah Henderson (right) was able to make it to the Presentation Night. |

Reserve Grade also had a good season being highly competitive, especially against Premier League Clubs. The teams award winners were: |

As well as team awards the Club also has a series of individual awards, which includes Senior Club Person - conferred to the adult who has made an outstanding contribution to football at the club in the past year. This year's winner was Reserve Grade Coach - Michael Davies. |
Women's Second Division award winners were: Coach's Award - Laura Pritchard; Player's Player - Stephanie McGuiness; Leading Goalscorer - Laura Pritchard. Unfortunately, only Stephanie McGuiness (right) was able to make it to the Presentation Night. |

The club periodically recognises exceptional services performed by its members by conferring Life Membership. This year Life Membership was confered on Ashley Howes of the Women's 1st Division Team. It was awarded in recognition of Ashley's services to the club as a player, coach and administrator over many years. |
